Location: The Harringay Club, 50 Tottenham Lane, London, N8 7EE
This workshop is a rare opportunity to work with one of London's longest established teachers.
Geraldine is a Junior Intermediate Level 3 teacher with over 25 years experience of teaching Iyengar yoga.
Geraldine's first yoga class was 35 years ago with a wonderful teacher called Jeffrey Judelson. He was very welcoming, and she immediately felt it suited her! It has, over the years, helped her cope with all the "slings and arrows" that life presents. She has subsequently studied and trained with Silvia Prescott and Penny Chaplin.
Geraldine teaches both general and intermediate classes for small private groups, as well as at her local health club. When asked three words to describe her teaching style, she states that it is 'friendly, observant and direct!'
The workshop will be structured so everybody can work at their own level with careful observation from Geraldine.
We advise you to book this workshop well in advance to guarantee a place. This workshop is not suitable for complete beginners.
