This general level workshop is a rare opportunity to work with one of London's longest established teachers.
Geraldine is a Junior Intermediate Level 3 teacher with over 25 years experience of teaching Iyengar yoga.
Geraldine's first yoga class was 35 years ago with a wonderful Iyengar teacher called Jeffrey Judelson. He was very welcoming, and she immediately felt this it suited her! It has, over the years, helped her cope with all the "slings and arrows" that life presents. She has subsequently studied and trained with Silvia Prescott and Penny Chaplin.
Geraldine teaches both general and Intermediate classes for small private groups, as well as at her local health club. When asked three words to describe her teaching style, she states that it is 'friendly, observant and direct!'
We advise you to book this workshop well in advance to guarantee a place. It is open to anyone with at least two years experience of Iyengar yoga.
NELIYI members* £20
NELIYI members concessions £15
Non members £25 (NB the concessionary rate, for those on low income, is only for NELIYI members).

We look forward to welcoming you to NELIYI's Annual General Meeting 2016 on Sunday 12 June at the Iyengar Yoga Studio, Leicester Rd, London N2 9EA. The meeting will start at 5.15pm, following the yoga workshop (with Karen Long) at the same place and date. You don't have to tell us in advance if you will attend, just turn up. We don't expect the meeting to go on after 6pm, but it is in an important occasion in our yearly calendar.
All current members of NELIYI are welcome to attend and participate in our AGM (non-members may attend, but not vote). It's normally a fairly short meeting, in which we deal with standard organisational stuff, but it's also a good opportunity to meet the NELIYI Committtee and other members and find out about how we work and our hopes and plans for the future.
