Workshop suitable for all levels of experience including beginners with Judith Richards
Saturday, 26th September 2015 at 1:30pm - 4:30pm
Location:Harringay Club venue at 50 Tottenham Lane, London N8 7EE
This event is in the past.
I started to practise Iyengar Yoga in Kitwe, Zambia in 1970 and started to teach in 1976, later going through the BKSIYTA and IYA assessment process to obtain senior intermediate level 3 certification in 2008.
This taught me the value of the basic introductory poses where all the actions, properly learnt, contribute to the achievement of more complex poses.
The workshop will be about the fundamental introductory poses and how they are the building blocks to all levels of asana. It will be open to all levels of practitioner, from those with 3 months’ practice to teachers and trainee teachers.
Advance booking is strongly advised for this workshop.
I like reading articles, they can be fun at times. I usually read articles and blogs on https://fr.altoconvertpdftoppt.com/faq . This site actually has a variety and all the articles are originally written by writers, so they are good.
Nice to be visiting your blog again, it has been months for me. Well this article that i've been waited for so long. I need this article to complete my assignment in the college, and it has same topic with your article. Thanks, great share. http://www.fidelitydating.com/text-chemistry-reviews
